TouchPoint (Pvt) Ltd is looking for “Regional Support Lead- South“ based in Karachi. We require a dynamic individual with strong technical background to lead our regional field team and ensuring client success with timely resolution of complaints and deliver the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the technical field team to provide customer services within the city as well as in the remote areas.
- Monitor the issues escalation, ensure customer service levels are met and oversee timely communication of issues status to the customers.
- Keep close coordination with the customers and maintain strong relationship with them to improve customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve any issues resulting from sub-standard service performance.
- Delegate the tasks to the team present in different cities to ensure efficient productivity.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service through maintenance of high quality and integrity at work environment.
- Provide consistent guidance and technical support to the team to meet customer requirements.
- Review regular team’s performance (KPIs), provide feedback, and help them to improve their weak areas.
- Develop programs to improve technical and customer service skills of service staffs.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by the team members.
- Keep the team motivated and act as a mentor for the team members.
- Person should be flexible in traveling other cities and remote areas as well.
- Demonstrable knowledge of resolving issues pertaining to electronic equipment’s (Hardware and software side)
