IT Tech Support - Islamabad Capital Territory
- We are a leading Travel Technology solutions provider headquartered in the United Kingdom and are currently looking to recruit 1X IT Technical Support Officer.
- This is a software support role where you would be a big part of being a key player dealing with customer support.
- You will preferably be based in the Islamabad Capital Territory area and will be expected to work multiple shift.
- To qualify for this role, you must be proficient in IT (any qualifications are advantageous) and have experience providing technical support on a helpdesk or on site.
- It is also essential that you hold a minimum Bachelors degree.
- Aside from this, any the following would give you an advantage:
- 2-3 years experience providing IT support
- Any experience working in IT
- Experience troubleshooting/configuring Windows/MS Severs 2008/2012/2016/2019
- Administration of Group Policy
- Any experience providing support on .NET/PHP essential for the role
- Experience providing network configuration (VLANs)
- HTML, PHP Knowledge
- Microsoft Certifications
- A competitive salary of 50,000PKR is on offer for the succesful candidate.
