I am looking for full time customer support agent to guide our costumers to buy our product/service.
Responsibilites:
- Responding to costomers querries via email and guiding them to the process.
- Working with our internal team to make sure the orders are delivered on time.
- Report to your manager on weekly basis about your progress.
Requirements:
Excellent english writing skills.
Previously worked as costumers support agent.
Personal computer with fast internet connection
Can work full time 40 hours a week.
