TPL Properties Ltd. invites applications from dynamic, qualified, well-experienced and dedicated candidates for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position in its projects department.
· The ideal candidate should be Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Engineering. Candidates with B.Tech degree will also be preferred.
· At least 10 years’ experience of working in quantity surveying with reputed architects, consultants / contractors. Experience in data processing and technical record keeping will be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of verification of bills and measurement books, ability to prepare and analyze engineering estimates.
