· Primarily responsible for developing digital marketing strategies & campaigns for brand building, awareness and taking proper measures to evaluate & improve the performance.
· Build a brand’s social media profiles from scratch and administer daily activities.
· Run organic and paid campaigns to effectively communicate the message to the target audience.
· Analyzing consumer behavior through community handling
· Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM
· Coordinate with digital agencies for the timely execution of digital campaigns.
· Develop engaging and creative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand awareness
· Managing bids & budgets to improve paid advertising performance.
· Measure & track digital marketing performance aligns with brand goals.
· Maintaining industry relevancy by identifying and analyzing the latest digital trends & competitors online analysis
· Performing keyword research to scale accounts.
· Manage in-store & on-store marketing executions w.r.t trade promotions.
· Manage PR activities of the brand
· Organize and oversee the execution of BTL and outdoor campaigns
· Manage printing & POS materials & other items whenever required.
· Coordinate with vendors for the development of different marketing materials & maintain vendor’s records.
· Gain market insights for A, B & C category stores respectively.
· Daily market visits required as assigned by the brand manager
· Manage Gondola placements in terms of product availability & visibility at every single store assigned.
· Should have a positive attitude to take challenges and meet deadlines.
· Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences.
· Must be a good team player along with good communication and presentation skills.
· Must have a good command of Microsoft office.
