JOB SUMMARY:As a healthcare operations manager you will act as the liaison between the clinical team and the recipients of healthcare services. You will have to oversee the general functioning of a healthcare facility with the leadership. Manage the financial wellbeing of the facility, implements policies, and manage medical and non-medical staff.
Reporting to the MD (Medical Director) and serving as a member of the management team along with MD, finance manager and marketing manager. This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership support for organization-wide overall functions, development, and implementation of organizational strategies, it’s policies, and practices. This position also demands interaction with the clients.

Required Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate in business or project management From a reputed institution with an experience of over 7-10 years.
- Must have worked in a similar capacity for at least 5 years, preferably in the medical industry.
- Must have accomplished project/s similar to PMC or health care facility from its construction to approvals and recruitments.
- Must have a proven track record of managing and establishing a healthcare institute preferably a boutique Healthcare facility.
- Must be having excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Preference would be given to candidates having extra certifications in Healthcare Quality such as CPHQ or JCI training.
- IT skills like MS Office, Project or CRM application are required.
- UAE driving license holder would be preferred.

Financial Management. Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: adhere to the budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
Compliance Management. Making sure that all the legal and compliance standards are maintained and practiced all the time as per guidelines. This may liaison with including but not limited to CDA, DHA, immigration, and infection control/municipality departments. You are expected to maintain the highest standard of housekeeping and make decisions about day-to-day tasks & issue.
