JOB SUMMARY:As a healthcare operations manager you will act as the liaison between the clinical team and the recipients of healthcare services. You will have to oversee the general functioning of a healthcare facility with the leadership. Manage the financial wellbeing of the facility, implements policies, and manage medical and non-medical staff.
Reporting to the MD (Medical Director) and serving as a member of the management team along with MD, finance manager and marketing manager. This position's primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership support for organization-wide overall functions, development, and implementation of organizational strategies, it’s policies, and practices. This position also demands interaction with the clients.

Compliance Management. Making sure that all the legal and compliance standards are maintained and practiced all the time as per guidelines. This may liaison with including but not limited to CDA, DHA, immigration, and infection control/municipality departments. You are expected to maintain the highest standard of housekeeping and make decisions about day-to-day tasks & issue.
Autonomy. It's your clinic to run. You aren't alone though. You will have the support and guidance of your director, regional peers and the greater company to help you manage your facility. We foster entrepreneurs and those who seek to continuously improve.
