Trade Tacts International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer Receivable to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices, and maintaining accurate records of customer accounts. This role demands effective communication and strong system handling skills to coordinate with customers and internal teams, while maintaining the integrity of financial data. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in accounts receivable management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and payment reconciliation.
As an Accounts Officer Receivable, you will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flows by overseeing payment collections and resolving discrepancies. You will work independently without managing a team but are expected to collaborate closely with other departments to maintain smooth financial operations. Your role will encompass invoice processing, maintaining up-to-date customer account information, and supporting accounts payable automation where applicable. Strong data entry accuracy and financial reporting competencies are essential to drive the successful financial performance of the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable processes including timely invoice generation, delivery, and follow-up to ensure prompt payments.
- Perform payment reconciliations to match incoming payments against outstanding invoices, resolving any discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate customer account information, updating records to reflect payments, credits, and adjustments as necessary.
- Generate and present regular financial reports related to accounts receivable metrics, cash collections, and outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with customers to clarify billing questions, disputes, and payment terms to foster positive financial relationships.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy in data entry and maintain organized records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Support automation initiatives in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate financial data and resolve issues related to account management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the accounts receivable function to reduce errors and accelerate cash flow.
- Adhere to the companys policies and legal regulations in handling financial documentation and transactions.
