1. Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
2. Creating and maintaining a content calendar for posting consistently on social media channels

9. Responding to comments and inbox messages from audiences of social media accounts.
10. Executing the company’s digital marketing plan, analyzing the results, and making improvements
11. Working with the services and programs team to create a timeline of events for promotion on social media
12. Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
13. Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
