- Manage all control room procedures in line with the codes of practice, Supervise Security officers to ensure that company procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.
- Support and provide guidance to another site-based center staff.
- Continuous management and monitoring of systems and associated specialist security equipment.
- Diligent management and maintenance of records/reference materials including Health & Safety records, Incident Forms, and the site occurrence book Ensuring strict compliance to the Data Protection.
- Act and associated regulations. Manage and monitor all access control systems. Continual management and monitoring / policing of site radio systems.
- Intelligent understanding of human behavior, monitoring and surveillance of suspect individuals logging and reporting incidents inline with site/company policies.
- Controlling and prioritizing incidents ensuring all key personnel are kept fully informed at all times and agreed on escalation procedures are followed.
