The implementing organization has developed a team of training experts trained by International Institutes as  Biorisk Management experts in laboratories profiling, assessment, Biorisk Management, sample collection, preservation, storage, and transportation protocols. To develop the capacity of local service providers in Biorisk Management, the organization encourages young graduates to apply for associates/training facilitators/Assistants. The  Associates/ Training Facilitators/Assistants will work in close collaboration with the training expers and responsible for the following tasks.

  • Researches, plans, organizes and conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for government departments, universities, veterinary labs and other stakeholders per requirements of the project
  • Confer with Training Manager, team leaders, and trainers to determine training needs as to type, extent, and scope, schedules and procedures.
  • Writes material for new training programs; reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs, and recommends appropriate changes.
  • Assists outside consultants with preparing and administering various training programs.
  • Conduct and evaluates training program qualification tests and determines the eligibility of prospective attendees.
  • Analyze existing systems and prepare recommendations and objectives for study and approval.
  • Compile findings, data, forms, etc., and analyze results to determine advantages of systems revisions and prepare an evaluation report.
  • Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.
  • Contacts attendees and department representatives about the training program.
  • Schedules the appropriate training venue and prepares the physical setup.
  • Ability to communicate with Organization employees, trainers from other organizations, professional training group members, and consultants by phone, in person, or through correspondence. 
  • Any other business per the requirement of the project.
