Job purpose
Provide management and planning for the development of the company’s IT Systems infrastructure. Work to ensure optimum reliability, availability, capacity and security of the IT Systems infrastructure.
Job summary
Writing SOPs and Technical Manuals for IT Systems/Applications and related procedures.
Documents system problems and resolution for future reference.
Deploy and Manage Virtualization Infrastructure
Deploy and Manage Storage Area Network (SAN) Infrastructure
Deploy and Manage IT/Systems Infrastructure including Servers and Business Applications (CRM, Billing, ERP, etc.)
Securing and Optimizing IT/Systems Infrastructure
Ensuring Service availability of Internet Services (Email, DNS, Web, etc.) and Business Applications
Engagement and Coordination with vendors for successful completion of projects
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of Sixteen Years of formal education and Bachelors in Engineering Discipline (Telecom/Computers)
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years with a Telecom/Internet Service provider with hands on experience in design and management of Internet Services and IT/Business Applications
Minimum of 1 years at a supervisory position
Knowledge:
Extensive hands on experience in the design, implementation and support of IT/Systems Infrastructure. Securing and Optimizing IT/Systems Infrastructure.
