Experience, Knowledge, And Competencies Required

  • Manage high number of email correspondence (External / Internal) in timely manners
  • Manage customer interaction through call within stipulated timeline
  • Keep proper records of customer interactions and transaction details with database management for further analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, Engineering) and senior management to address customers’ needs
  • Attend complaints by correct diagnostics appropriate rectification
  • Recording complaints in CRM in form of Trouble / Request Tickets / FCR and follow up of resolution within TAT
  • Retention and churn management
  • Upselling and cross selling

 Qualification & Experience required 

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in Customer Services/ Support
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably telecommunication discipline)
