Experience, Knowledge, And Competencies Required
- Manage high number of email correspondence (External / Internal) in timely manners
- Manage customer interaction through call within stipulated timeline
- Keep proper records of customer interactions and transaction details with database management for further analysis
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, Engineering) and senior management to address customers’ needs
- Attend complaints by correct diagnostics appropriate rectification
- Recording complaints in CRM in form of Trouble / Request Tickets / FCR and follow up of resolution within TAT
- Retention and churn management
- Upselling and cross selling
Qualification & Experience required
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Customer Services/ Support
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably telecommunication discipline)
