JOB FUNCTION:
- Billing support representative will act as a liaison between the company and its customers
- Receive customer calls and provide accurate and satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns
- Review customers by providing up-to-date information on general ledger details including invoices and payments
- Guide customers about integrated payment channels and ensure complaints are resolved within TAT
- Responsible for effectively resolving billing-related customer issues, complaints and inquiries
- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
- Knowledge of billing customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Bachelor's or above
- 0 to 3 years of experience in related field
