JOB FUNCTION:
- Connecting with prospects using phone and email (including cold calls/emails) and responding to inbound leads.
- Generating quality Leads on a daily and monthly basis.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Stay abreast of market trends
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Keep proper records of customer interactions and transaction details with database management for further analysis.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer-orientation and communication skills
- Appealing appearance on the phone
- Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
- Ability to handle pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft tools.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales.
