TRANSCOLD is a HVAC contracting firm serving the commercial and industrial sector with over 40 years of existence. We require for our projects a capable HVAC project manager.
Responsibilities:
· Overlook and supervise complete HVAC project including MEP works, Ducting, Piping etc.
· Ability to read and understand plans and drawings.
· Manage onsite installation of HVAC systems.
· Effectively able to manage labour, jobsite foremen, superintendents and coordinate project progress with clients.
· Have strong knowledge base of EHS requirements of multinational corporations and supervise projects under strict conditions.
Qualifications:
· Mechanical Engineer / D.A.E
· 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation
