Job Description

Customer Services• Home remittance queries/emails• Assist the beneficiaries for smooth payments by coordinating with the specific Bank.• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone• Deal with banks to resolve beneficiary issues• Handle incoming queries from senders and agents and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Presentations and Reports • Generate MIS calling report.
