Finance Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions and performing day-to-day financial operations. This role will require excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks – record bills received, invoice clients
Prepare and submit VAT returns in UAE
Handle accounting tasks for UAE, UK, USA, Pakistan and Estonia entity – accounts preparation, tax returns, annual company renewals
Prepare quarterly / bi-annual budgets
Manage payroll for employees
Manage petty cash and record office expenses
Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform day-to-day financial operations, including reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports
Ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and procedures
Communicate financial information to management and stakeholders
Assist with audit preparation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
Preferably CA / ACCA finalist / affiliate
At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
