Job Description:

  1. Set up meeting with clients, handle queries and listen to their concerns
  2. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.
  3. Communicate with leads and clients via personal visit, email and telephonic conversation.
  4. Participate on behalf of company at exhibitions or conferences
  5. Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, email, networking and social media.
  6. Manage the relationship with donor organisations in order to increase the number of donors  who support Transparent Hands.
  7. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating donor partners' needs and goals.
  8. Self-Driven Identify, approach and manage new corporate companies, trusts and foundations that have not previously supported Transparent Hands and apply  for fundraising, grants, events and other mutually signed beneficial agreements.
  9. Build an annual calendar of key prospects and work hard to achieve those targets. Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development.
  10. Liaise with TH team to build strategy for client engagement and potential new donors.
  11. Write tailored applications/proposals, addressing grant-making priorities or requirements as specified by individual, companies, trusts and foundations.
  12. Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, develop and maintain reporting and application systems for coordinating information with donors.
  13. Commit to work at all times and participate in the day to day work – such as reporting, attending team/Board meetings and event/seminar as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
  14. Support fundraising by managing TH soft files, ensure that records are up to date and that all new contacts and correspondence has been entered.
  15. Planning and implementing promotional/fundraising campaigns for the organization and Develop core generic trust proposals for each programme that requires funding.

  1. Keen ability to work independently, show initiative, and take ownership
  2. Natural problem solver with a bias to action.
  3. Excellent judgment, poise, and professionalism; able to represent the Foundation and the CEO and President to external partners.
  4. Able to re-prioritize tasks and support teams based on frequently changing needs and move forward even when faced with ambiguity.
  5. Have excellent computer skills for  marketing.
