Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Operations: Oversee sales, project execution, and after-sales processes within the EPC/Installer segment.

  • Strategic Market Development: Identify and expand business opportunities in assigned territories to increase market share.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with EPCs, installers, and key accounts.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of regional revenue goals.

  • Project Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between sales, supply chain, logistics, and technical service departments for timely delivery.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate reporting through CRM, track SI/SO/ST data and DCR system.

  • Market Intelligence: Gather competitor insights, customer feedback, and pricing trends to support management in strategic planning.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement process improvements, optimize regional operations, and uphold service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Energy Management.

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the solar EPC or installer segment (mandatory).

  • Proven record of regional sales or project-based sales teams.

  • Strong understanding of EPC business models and project life cycles.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
