The Training Supervisor will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, design tailored development plans, and evaluate the impact of training activities through detailed reporting. The ability to create mentoring frameworks and measure progress will be critical to success in this role. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience in employee development and training program management, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to improving workforce competencies within a dynamic organization.
