A leading multi-national company requires “Mobile Phone Repair Line Leader”for mobile phone assembly plant in Korangi Industrial Area Karachi. The plant has the latest equipment with a fully air-conditioned working environment. Interested candidates must have the required qualification.

Job description:

  • Responsible for repair team construction, repair skills, continuous improvement of repair process, and improve team professional ability;
  • Responsible for repair process planning, development of repair plan, cleaning plan, repair process implementation and tracking;
  • Supervise and implement all work in the repair work area.
  • Responsible for organizing the repair team to timely analyze the abnormal production line and provide improvement programs to assist the production line to improve product quality;
  • Organize and execute PMC settlement and final planning work, and analyze the repair results.
  • Lead the team to complete the repair and quality assurance of the product.
  • Distribute repair tasks and manage and supervise the repair team.
  • Set the job responsibilities of the department staff to ensure that the workload of each position is reasonable.
  • Responsible for the formulation, implementation and solidification of the standard management process and system of the department;
  • Coordinate and handle various problems arising in the work within the department, preside over the work of the department, and coordinate with the relevant departments;
  • Complete other work arranged by the superior
