Some Key Job Duties:
- Quality monitoring & analyzes of New products, incoming, process, shipping and observing the implementation of improvement.
- Develop inspection standards, process system improvement standards & supervise for continuous perfection.
- Establish product experiment sampling test, new device reliability test plan and routine machine test to monitor operations & promoting product customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for major quality problems of quality risk assessment and decision-making.
- Responsible for organizing the implementation, analysis and summary of various quality reports, and monitoring the performance of the data system.
- Participate in the formulation of the company's quality policy and quality objectives in combination with the company's development strategy.
- According to the planning requirements of the company, supervise the operation of all aspects with special management such as business process system, 7S, information transmission and execution of each block.
- Aiming at the waste of quality, manpower, equipment and materials in each work.
- Responsible for organizing various training related to quality and monitoring the implementation status.
- Earnestly implement the guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and relevant rules and regulations on quality, environment, occupational health and safety.
- Responsible for organizing the identification, evaluation and publicity of hazard sources and environmental factors of the unit, and formulating measures.
- Responsible for the education and training of quality, environment, occupational health and safety knowledge for the employees of the Department, and improve the quality of the employees of the Department.
