We are looking to hire a female Customer Service Agent to serve as a point of contact for the customer and document processing staff, ensuring operational excellence, high productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Calling clients / prospects for getting appointments for Regional Sales Manager
· Follow up calls
· Update customers regarding their upcoming shipments through email / phone
· Sending / receiving quotations to vendors / clients
· Answer all customer inquires in accordance with the Customer Service Policy standards
· Further increase customer satisfaction and business share through proactive and regular contact.
· Other duties as requested.
