Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain database of potential clients.
- Send marketing and promo material to potential clients.
- Make cold call to potential clients and make arrangement for meetings.
- Prepare and design presentation to the clients regarding products and promos.
- Follow-up with potential clients and keep notes.
- Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sale support promptly.
- Maintain the sales process of all new clients.
- Keeping and maintaining the financial accounts of all clients and send invoices.
Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline or sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of travel industry or Airline highly recommended.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have knowledge to use MS Office.
