Vacancy needs filling at an upcoming web based Travel & Tours Management Company with focus on niche segments such as Religious Tourism, Cultural Tourism (Sikh & Buddhist), Adventure Tourism, Eco & Responsible Tourism. We are looking for an individual for our Religious Tours (Inbound) Division. This position will require high level of communication abilities, fluency in English/Urdu/Punjabi and willing to travel for work on a regular basis. An ideal candidate should have the followings skills and expertise;
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (English Fluency is a must)
- Working experience in Travel and Tourism sector will be counted as extra merit point ~ Candidate belonging to Sikh Community will be counted as extra merit point ~ Keen interest in History & Culture of the region - Social Sciences Graduates will have advantage
- Strong Command on MS Office Applications ~ Discuss client requirements and advise on suitable options, after preparing customised itineraries and maintaining budget for travel plans
- Assist with online Pakistan Tourist Visa Processing, and notify clients in case they are eligible for Visa On Arrival
- Liaison with other departments to make travel, accommodation, and related bookings

- Be able to deliver product knowledge to client, and advise limitations of service and laws of the land before travel to avoid any untoward incident
- Willing to travel with clients and handle on ground arrangements, be able to take on the spot decisions within set parameters
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Manage Customer Calls & generating new sales leads by connecting with B2B market
