- To use a combination of calls, email enquiries, an established database, marketing-generated leads and your own initiative to convert random customers to permanent clients. You will be the first point of contact between a prospective consumer and our exciting travel portfolio.
- To coordinate with Airlines and Tour Operators and handle all reservations resulting from travel based promotions.
- To ensure that all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL and ABTA regulations.
- To quote, book and assist incentive campaigns.
- Special Software Knowledge Preferred: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus, Holiday Package and Ground Handler Negotiation.
