Travel Consultant / Reservations Agent

Responsibilities and Duties

An inbound call centre of a British travel company . You need to take calls from prospective travellers looking for bookings flights, holidays, Hajj & Umrah Packages worldwide from UK
To coordinate with Airlines and Tour Operators and handle all reservations resulting from travel based promotions.
To ensure that all reservations comply with IATA, ATOL and ABTA regulations.
To quote, book and assist incentive campaigns.
Special Software Knowledge Preferred: Worldspan, Galileo, Amadeus, Holiday Package and Ground Handler Negotiation.
