About the Role: We’re looking for sales-focused Travel Agents to join our call centre team in Islamabad for ours UK based travel agency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
· Sell flights and hotel bookings tailored to customer preferences
· Convert leads into confirmed bookings
· Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience call centre or travel agency environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Must be proficient in using GDS systems (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
