Trax Online Private Limited is urgently looking for Admin Executive for its head office based in Karachi.
- · Responsible for the facilities management as well in order to make sure the employees’ safety and comfort.
- Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.or any other task assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Planning and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Computer Skills (Ms Word. Ms Excel, Outlook)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Incumbent must be graduate from a reputed institute preferably (BBA/MBA) with 2-3 years of relevant experience
