Trax is urgently seeking profiles for the position of CSR in our Customer Services Deportment
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional level support.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience- Call Centre preferable
- Experience highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Urdu
- Ability to work within a high volume contact Centre environment
- A positive can do attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient with MS Office particularly MS Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations
- Must be flexible to work in shifts
- Excellent communication skills
