Trax Online Private Limited is urgently seeking profiles for the position of HR Executive for our office based in Lahore:
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the staff regarding their queries and providing clarity on company policies
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Maintaining attendance and leave management
- Supporting for smooth disbursement of salaries and resolving staff’ queries
- Maintaining MIS of employees & process full and final settlement
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing till onboarding.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employee
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation / employees’ grievances issues
- Regularly coordinate with supervisors for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems regarding employees’ performance etc.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
- At least 1- 3 years of relevant experience
