We are looking for an energetic, committed and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills to serve as naitonal sales and distribution manager for our packaged foods company.
Location: Islamabad with frequent travel to key distribution cities around the country.
Minimum Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in any FMCG company or distributor.
- Develop network of retail partners and wholesalers in the assigned region for the company portfolio in line with the brand directive and market segment
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing
- Manage team of Territory Managers to drive business results
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors in the market.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationships with all stakeholders in assigned markets
- Oversee end-market and region-level sales operations to ensure that all transactions, customer payments and collection activities are properly performed in accordance with company's operating guidelines and all applicable laws
- Analyse and identify retailer problem areas, formulate options, and present solutions offering win-win outcomes
- Strict adherence to company policy and guidelines for Indirect Sales operations
- Act as custodian of assigned region for issues beyond scope of Sales & Distribution
- Conflict resolution and wholesale negotiations
- Ensure price compliance across board
- Meet company sales targets and business growth objectives for both Region and Territory levels
- Obtain and analyze customer feedback through retail to identify opportunities and improvements in product lines
- Ensure implementation of all company policies and directives at retail level in assigned region
- Prepare and analyze periodic business results for management reporting
Along with the basic salary, lunch and transport will be provided for work related travel.
