Develop and maintain code for the middleware application and overarching tools using Sprint Boot and Node.
- This requires demonstrable experience working with Spring Boot and preferably with Spring Cloud in a microservices environment.
- Usage of git for everyday version control (branching, merging and maintenance)
- Develop and test REST based API's, where most work would be on Spring Boot but some work could be on NodeJS.
- This requires some basic experience and willingness to learn Typescript and Node
- API testing experience using Postman
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
- Ability to understand software architecture documents/ diagrams and should be able to translate them into high level module design and implementation
- Understanding and implementation of security (OWASP) and data protection (Data at rest and transit)
