Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.

  • Responsibilities also include identifying logs and performing log analysis, troubleshooting, management communication, and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.
  • Follow incident management process end-to-end on time including triage of incident.
  • Perform regular health checks and application monitoring
  • Identify end-end customer journey for issue mapping
  •  Update weekly dashboard of issue log and status.
  •  Extract relevant logs from the production environment/database to identify code exceptions or code breaks.
  • Escalate tickets to L3 based on the severity level for identifying root-cause analysis and code changes
  • Ensure tickets are resolved as per allotted client SLA period
  • Strong technical skills with 2 or more years’ experience in Unix/Linux, Docker, UI/middleware integration, Oracle SQL database, Windows Services, API testing, Postman etc
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good communication skills, ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
  •  Experience working in FinTech. 
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to identify improvements as part of the BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work.
