- Responsible for performing various Quality testing operations in order to conform with the specific standards of required final product i.e. finished alloy wheel.
- Inspect the mechanical properties of finished product as per the specifications.
- Inspect the defects in casting from quality point of view ensuring all specifications are met. and to make sure the higher and lower limit values are in control.
- Perform quality tests including UTM, Brinel Hardness , Salt Spray, Leak test etc.
- Follow instructions of the Engineer at all times.
- Take necessary safety measures during process execution.
