Job Responsibilities
- Sell mortgage products and meet mortgage production targets.
- Initiate the mortgage process for potential clients, preparing, analyzing, and verifying mortgage loan applications for the purchase or refinance of real estate.
- Perform business development tasks, including managing the pipeline by generating leads and referral business, and maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
- Meet and communicate with applicants to explain the risks and benefits, as well as the terms of mortgage products and government regulations.
- Follow up with clients by phone, regarding payments against their Mortgage Payment Plan and follow the defined procedures as required when clients deviate from defined plans.
- Ensure all necessary information and documentation is submitted for the Mortgage Servicing Tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective customers.
- Handles inbound or outbound calls to current mortgage loans.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution
Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal, Communication, and Computer skills.
Experience: 1-2 years preferably in CSR
Salary: PKR 35,000 to 45,000
