Primary Responsibilities:
- As the Marketing & Creative Design manager for Trellis, we are looking for an energic & creative individual with a broad skill set in marketing that can come in and defining & drive the entire marketing strategy for Trellis Housing Finance Limited
- Create & manage regular updates for all technical presentations & communications required by Senior Management on a regular basis (Investor Deck, Pitch Book, One-Pagers, Elevator Pitches)
- Create & drive social media marketing strategy on all relevant platforms, by creating and updating content regularly (posts, live talks, blogs, website, adverts, interviews)
- Actively engage with other types of traditional media medium channels (TV, print, radio) & arrange collaborations for publication houses. Create local on-the ground marketing solutions (flyers, brochures, banners) and conduct local recorded video interviews to document and iterate on client experience and customer journey
- Monitor marketing publications/engagement calendar, KPIs of all media and marketing efforts & produce monthly management pack to present results
- Create client engagement material (audio clips, educational videos, infographics etc.) to improve people’s customer journey & assist with working with the traditionally unbanked clientele. The monitor customer journey, ask for feedback & integrate into overall process to improve customer experience
- Create Corporate Investor customized engagement material around collaborating with Trellis Housing Finance Limited
- Manage website WordPress updates by updating pages, creating and managing blog content, videos etc.
- Create engaging videos (animated, screen-casting, educational videos) for internal & client training purposes to explain our overall product features, customer journey & forms.
Required Background/ Experience:
- Excellent verbal & written skills in both English & Urdu
- Familiarity with a variety of design (Adobe, Flash) & video software (Doodly, Toonly, ExplainEverything, BlueBerry, Apple iMovie etc.)

The senior management team has a combined experience of over 150 years in affordable housing, international banking, hedge funds, capital markets and financial technology.
