- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team of the Mortgages Dept.
- Be an integral part of the executive team, setting and driving vision, mission, values, strategy, and achieving of sales targets.
- Recruit a team of Mortgage Specialists & Partnership Associates across various cities of Pakistan as per the expansion strategy.
- Plan, manage and evaluate the work of the Mortgage Specialists, establish individual goals and sales targets, train, coach and mentor the staff, manage performance, partner with human resources regarding employment related issues.
- Lead outbound engagement of realtors, developers, builders, community organizations and individuals to promote our housing finance products and services with a strong attention to reputation management.
- Ensure the applications are completed accurately by sourcing, analyzing and evaluating customer credit and financial information, and oversee and coordinate with relevant teams to direct the origination process from application through till disbursement.
- Swiftly resolve issues, respond to all inquiries and ensure the client has a positive and seamless experience interacting with us.
- Oversee the execution of all tasks from inquiry to disbursement for clients and ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
- Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share.
- Develop and implement plans (checklists, procedures, reconciliations, escalation processes) for the sales infrastructure of systems, processes designed.
