About the role
We are looking for a project manager who can take charge of our projects, employees and external suppliers who have to carry out these projects. It is also important that you can transfer instructions and ensure the quality of the work - in cooperation with management. In addition, you take care of the well-being of the employees and you are able to develop a good 'team spirit'.
With this position you will also be part of the management team that is based in the parent company in Europe. Of course, you will receive good guidance.
Your tasks:
- Planning of projects
- Monitoring the planning
- Briefing and guiding employees
- Briefing and guiding suppliers
- Checking the output for content and completeness
- Ensuring a good team atmosphere
- Planning and supervising external and internal consultations
- Reporting to HRM manager and management team
Your skills:
- You have experience with project planning and coordination
- You have an excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- It is an advantage if you also have experience with research and/or science
- We expect you to have a good command of English language and a desire to lead a team.
- TFO has a collaborative work ethic.
