Job Responsibilities:

The role of the Sales Manager (Title to be confirmed), will be to launch and promote the latest products and services of Trendforce.one to the appropriate target and acquire potential customers to increase volume and growth. 

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Build a solid strategy for lead generation that meets sales goals.
  • Identify prospective clients, initiate and close the sale.
  • Ensure the sales pipeline remains full with leads & prospects.
  • Follow sales procedures
  • Take ownership of management of the sales functions
  •  Reach out to potential customers and adopt a professional and  knowledgeable approach to each new business call
  • Understand the exact need of the customer, and accordingly offer the best suited solution/s
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential
  • Organize for (Cold) sales calls and online meetings
  • Organize and report activities
  •  Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure that sales targets are met month on month
  •  Engage with clients and build relationship

  • Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
  • Target driven.
  • Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customers to the solution

Qualifications & Experience Specifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, especially in institutional sales or consultative selling.  
  • An MBA in Sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be advantageous
  •  Willingness to work flexible work hours
