- Responsible for selling power system products (Generator sets – Diesel / Gas & Solar Systems) to achieve sales targets in terms of quantity and value whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Preferable BE, DAE, B-Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical
- Should conduct Application jobs like Load Assessment / Installation Survey of Sites with respect to turnkey solutions (Expertise like AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope. preparation and understanding of Single Line Drawings, Product demonstration through Presentations)
- Should handle Tender Business independently (Pre & Post Tender expertise)
- Develop a good knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors in order to support customers and provide them with the appropriate solution
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers
- Create product awareness and arrange/ conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations to improve sales opportunities and deals closure.
- Keep updated on competitors activities, and provides timely feedback to Manager to support development of marketing strategy
- Prepare agenda, conduct weekly, and monthly sales meeting, and submit report Client visit reports submissions
- Explore and develop new potential markets
