Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a Data Bank of all applicants/ persons desirous of joining the company.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, interviewing and orientation program; counsel hiring managers on candidate selection etc.
  • Serve as a resource for all employees to discuss all human resource related issues, counseling employees and problem solving.
  • Ensure strong follow-ups with the candidate post the offer till joining.
  • Responsible for documentation; pre & post joining formalities, initiate reference checks etc.
  • Coordination for the interviews with the respective departments & candidates
  • Maintains complete details of all the exploratory interviews
  • Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
  • Maintains data of the quality of hire.
  • Responsible for all the probation or confirmation cases
  • Responsible for issuance of experience letters
  • Responsible for provision of all the employee benefits/assets i.e. laptop, cellphone, SIM etc. 
  • Responsible for the provision of employee starting kit to new hire
  • Maintains data base of medical insured employees and accountable for timely processing of all the medical claims/disbursements.
  • Initiate employee  engagement and employee recognition activities
  • Participate effectively in cross functional team meetings (as & when required)
  • Provide support to the supervisor in the development of staffing/recruiting plan
  • Identify the sources for hiring & hunt from the job market i.e. job fairs at miscellaneous universities and remain in close contact with the job placement managers of the concerned universities to find most suitable candidates for the company’s future employment.
  • Conducting and be a front end runner for recruitment drives
  • Responsible for end to end hiring process,  according to the business requirement
  • Lead, develop and deliver progressive training and internship programs
  • Miscellaneous other tasks not covered above can be assigned by the supervisor/management.
