Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the attendance updates, leave record management and late arrival processing
  • Responsible for processing of the car maintenance claims
  • Maintains data base of medical insured employees and accountable for timely processing of all the medical claims/disbursements.
  • Regular coordination with vendors for timely provision of employee cards and business cards to the employees  
  • Responsible for provision of all the employee benefits/assets i.e. laptop, cellphone, SIM etc. 
  • Helps in execution of employee engagement activities.
  • Preparation of documents such as agreements, contracts and account opening letters
  • Responsible for the renewal of company registration with PSEB.
  • Processing of lodging requests as per the move orders. 
  • Assists in handling all on-going HR Operations activities, such as Employee Data Management, Training,  Employee Relations etc.
  • Identify opportunities, to expand and improve HR delivery and processes

Miscellaneous other tasks not covered above can be assigned by the supervisor/management
