•   Coordination and Managing relations with Principles and Strategic Partners
  •   Research, evaluate and analyze suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation with history for specific projects.
  •   Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer renewal of contracts with principals and strategic Partners.
  •   Prepare purchase orders on the basis of negotiated terms with the suppliers / OEMs
  •   Actively managing timely Forecasts submissions, marketing & Sales planning with OEMs and presenting the core benefits of Company to customers.
  •   Monitor delivery schedules along with Logistics dept to ensure that goods come in on time as per contracted timelines.
  •   Defining price strategies for bid proposals while considering applicable taxes, Duties, freight Terms of Payment, warranty, trainings, installation & Commissioning.
  •   Liaison with Accounts department for payables and receivables & Technical department for after sales supports, Training, installation and commissioning.
  •   Contacting and managing customers for annual support renewals.
  •   Dealing matters of after sales support – warranty claims, annual maintenance cover offers.
  •   Tender preparation on tight time lines and tender anticipations.
  •   Engagement in commercial and technical negotiations for pro-active and re-active offers.
  •   Customer Relationship Development based on understanding of customer’s requirements; provide and promote solutions to fit customer’s needs in liaison with technical dept.
  •   Organize and participate in Service Bidding; Provide competitive/deliverable/profitable service solution and quotation to support product and service sale.
  •   Ensure communication among the relevant Team Head, Account Manager, Project Delivery Members, Product Manager for offering a competitive bidding Solution along with smooth execution of contracts.
  •   Acting as a Service Bidding Manager, coordinating tender work including the management of the tender kick-off, defining services solution and scope, preparing bid directive for service bid team, consolidating of the bid material and prepare pricing for RFQ.
  •   Understanding the business context of RFQ-Financial, strategic etc. and preparing the response for successful bidding.
  •   Reaching out customers and providing sales presentations along with technical support team.
  •   Preparation of technical & sales proposal for customer in close liaison with technical dept.
  •   Planning, managing and executing all the annual Company Sales Events, Seminars, Corporate meetings etc.
  •   Working on expanding market outreach of the company via B2B promotions through Electronic and Conventional Marketing tools.
  •   Submitting timely sales updates to top management / Executive Director for review on business generation.
  •   Evaluating business accounts for potential lead qualification and interactions.
  •   Defining marketing & Sales strategies in close liaison with the Executive Director and related team.
  •   Analyze & manage contracts along with GM Contracts while negotiating and ensuring compliance with terms & conditions, document / agree on changes arising during implementation / supply of contracted stores.
  •   Responsible for all commercial affairs-Direct-Indirect/Corporate sales/customer operations
  •   Responsible to develop relationship with all OEMs and Outsourcing partners. (Business partners, corporate)
  •   Ensuring Customer satisfaction via providing timely after sales and technical support, annual renewals and calibration case handlings.
  •   Planning and managing web-demos for customers with OEMs.
  •   Planning and Managing international experts travel, visa processing, boarding/lodging for execution trainings and Seminars etc.
  •   Regular customer visits for promotion and outreach of Company products.
  •   Pending payments follow-ups with customers along with workings on release of BG’s, Earnest Money etc.
  •   Shortlisting and finalizing related vendors for Printing of marketing / sales material.
  •   Gathering product technical data for marketing / sales printings.
  •   Work in close synergy with colleagues and peers in the development and smooth execution of marketing & sales plans for all the head line products within Pakistan.
  •   All the above and related tasks execution as and when directed by the Executive Director.
