Timing: Monday to Friday 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Saturday, Sunday OFF

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team! If you have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
Experience with SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, and Asana.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
