Truck Dispatcher

We are a fast-growing logistics and trucking company looking for motivated Truck Dispatchers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating pickups and deliveries, maintaining clear communication between drivers and customers, and optimizing routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch trucks for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs and driver availability.
- Monitor routes to ensure timely deliveries and promptly address any delays or issues that arise.
- Communicate clearly with drivers by providing instructions, updates, and support throughout their trips.
- Collaborate with customers to provide accurate information about delivery schedules and statuses.
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and driver performance data.
- Optimize routing strategies to minimize operational costs and maximize efficiency.
- Negotiate competitive rates in line with current market conditions.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in truck dispatching or logistics, preferably within the U.S. market.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Proficiency in dispatching software and GPS navigation systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with both drivers and customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in dispatch, customer service, or the logistics industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 PM to 3 AM (night shift).
- Competitive compensation ranging from PKR 40,000 to PKR 150,000 per month, including a basic salary plus commission up to $1,000.
- Full-time position based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
