Truck Dispatcher - US Campaign

We are urgently seeking an adaptable, hardworking, dedicated, critical thinker and highly communicative personnel to work as a Dispatcher for USA Trucking Industry. Job Responsibilities for Freight Dispatcher (After proper training):

• Provide exceptional customer experience based on ability to dispatch drivers to proper load pickup, with the proper equipment while keeping an up to date document in the system.

• Address problems and requests by providing solutions to issues arising throughout the load pickup and delivery process in a diplomatic manner.

• Assist with other team members dispatch related queries/ calls. Note:

At least 6 months of experience required in truck dispatching for usa market

Necessary Skills.

Ability to find best-paying loads, negotiating desired rates with brokers.
Keeping Owner Operators or Carriers assigned to oneself loaded all the time as per the client's requirements.
Knowledge of creating and maintaining dedicated lanes.
Following up on detention and layovers.
Complete knowledge of major load boards.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems.

Night Shifts With Saturday Sunday Off.

10% Incentive will be offered on Top of Basic Salary.
