We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer with hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Use customer segmentation and targeting techniques to tailor marketing efforts and improve lead generation.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional service and timely communication.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer data and track interactions.
- Conduct sales forecasting to align business objectives with potential market trends and demands.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute retention marketing campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote Truckoom’s services.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine customer retention strategies and improve satisfaction.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using designated platforms to support customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
- Report regularly on business development progress and suggest actionable insights to senior management.
