- Convert business requirements into high-fidelity mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Should be a creative thinker and well versed in presenting any design work to HOD.
- Must hold good command in all designing tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop latest i.e. 2000, After Effects, Premier, Figma, etc.
- Generating creative solutions; translating concepts and information into images; using feedback to modify designs; applying design principles; demonstrating attention to detail.
- Brand management through developing and managing the designs for company brands. Brand Visualizer and able to demonstrate the aesthetic sense in creativity.
- Should know about working on RGB on Web and CMYK for printing.
- Working experience with a real estate company and designing posts would be added advantage. Should know to the design of brochures and flyers.
- Must be capable to meet deadlines and working under pressure.
- Designing logos, billboards, flex, Business cards, and all marketing products.
- Must adhere to TRY SERVICES Clients Brand guidelines and follow strictly keeping the company`s brand norms in mind.
- As custodian of designing work, ensure brand guidelines followed and reflected in all mediums i.e. Digital, Physical, and report any error timely to HOD.
- Ensuring all source files on a weekly basis are stored and shared with HOD in a timely manner.
- Manage and organize data management from time to time and ensure the backup is created for each document.
- Must be open to learning opportunities for development and improvements for further contributing to the organization.
- Working late hours, tight deadlines, and weekends may be experienced, should be flexible.
- Must know research and latest tools handling and usage and keeping HOD abreast from techniques and its utilization effectively for better results.
- Liaising with printing vendors for designed items and execution after fulfilling all formalities of procurement procedures.
- Timely renewal of designing software and reporting to HOD for a subscription.
- All static posts designed for Social media pages like FB, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. to be uploaded timely after approval from HOD.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and usage of Dashboard will be added advantage.
- Adaptable to the office environment, co-working space, and good behavior with colleagues especially females in mandatory.
- Any other task/role as assigned by HOD.
