As a Sales Executive at TS TECH, you will leverage your communication and negotiation skills to pitch digital marketing solutions effectively and support clients through the full sales cycle. You will apply analytical thinking to assess client requirements and design performance-focused media plans that optimize advertising spend while maximizing conversion rates and return on investment. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple client accounts, conducting keyword and competitive research, and interpreting marketing analytics to refine campaign strategies. The role requires a proactive, organized individual comfortable with multitasking and committed to identifying and developing new business opportunities within the fast-evolving ad-tech environment. You will gain hands-on experience in using advanced advertising platforms and CRM tools to drive sales progress and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote performance marketing services leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
  • Identify potential clients including small and medium enterprises, digital marketing agencies, and enterprise organizations, and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Present and pitch tailored advertising solutions that align with client business objectives, emphasizing key performance indicators such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with account managers, campaign specialists, and marketing teams to create impactful, data-driven media plans and campaign proposals.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO assessments to support campaign optimization and client consultation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to clients, ensuring alignment with agreed business goals and ROI expectations.
  • Maintain organization and effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnership sustainability.
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and client communications accurately.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities by staying updated on industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Work within a team environment to share knowledge, brainstorm solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes and service delivery.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and maintain competency in digital advertising methodologies.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address challenges and efficiently resolve client queries or concerns during sales negotiations and campaign execution.
